What proof of quality comes with my order?
Every batch ships with a batch code printed on the vial. The matching third-party certificate of analysis — identity, HPLC purity, and mass-spec results — is linked on the product page and also available from your order page after purchase.
Why does Peptyds organise the shop by goal?
Most people know the outcome they want — better recovery, long-horizon support, better skin — before they know which molecule fits. Starting from the goal makes the product choice clearer and reduces the risk of buying something that does not fit the routine.
How should I store my order when it arrives?
Sensitive peptides ship cold. Move them to a fridge on arrival (2–8 °C) unless the product page states otherwise. Lyophilised vials can tolerate short transit at ambient temperature but should not be left unrefrigerated for extended periods once delivered.
How much scientific detail is on each product page?
Each page opens with a plain-language purpose line and the testing behind it, then expands into research notes, dosing specifications, and linked peer-reviewed studies for readers who want more depth. You decide how deep you go.
When will my order ship and arrive?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET Monday–Friday ship the same business day from our European fulfilment centre in The Hague, Netherlands. Standard tracked EU delivery arrives in 2–4 business days; express options are available at checkout.
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive an order confirmation, then a dispatch email with tracking once the package leaves our fulfilment centre. Your order page keeps the batch code, certificate of analysis, and storage guidance in one place for later reference.
What is the returns policy on peptides?
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive and tamper-evident on dispatch, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised vials. If a product arrives damaged or with a cold-chain failure, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement at no cost.
Should I speak to a clinician before using a peptide?
We recommend it — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or combining peptides with prescribed medication. Our product pages are educational. They are not medical advice and they do not replace a conversation with a qualified practitioner.
How do I track my parcel?
The tracking number and carrier link appear on your order page the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Signed-in customers can open each order for the full dispatch timeline — sent to fulfilment, packed, handed to carrier, in transit, delivered.
Is there a same-day cut-off?
Yes. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders after cut-off or on weekends enter the queue for the next working day.
How is a return tracked?
Every return is logged against your order reference: return requested, label issued, parcel received at the fulfilment centre, inspected, and then resolved as refund, replacement, or restock. Each step is visible on your order page in real time.
